She has a strong background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, EU MDR), and project management. Amber has led quality system implementations, supported product development, and played a key role in audits and inspections. She holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kansas and brings a solutions-driven approach to driving compliance and continuous improvement across complex medical device projects.
